Duinzicht New Build

On a plot with an undulating dune profile, I designed a home that yields to the landscape rather than dominating it. The volume is deliberately kept low, with a long facade line and a sunken terrace on the dune side.

Large glazed areas on the south side capture as much light as possible, while the north facade is closed and sheltered against the sea wind.
